About this trip

About the Langtang Valley trek

Langtang was rebuilt after the 2015 earthquake and welcomes trekkers again. The valley runs north from Syabrubesi through oak and rhododendron forest to Kyanjin Gompa, where optional day hikes reach 4,700 m viewpoints. No domestic flight is required, which makes scheduling simpler than Khumbu routes.
